Happy Thursday! Such an optimistic time of the week. It’s almost Friday and then it’s “Hello, Mr. Weekend!” This weekend we are traveling to the cabin but returning early for a graduation Open House at Dan and Karen’s. Stephanie graduated! I’ve known her since she was 11, she’s grown up now. We have been having a wonderful stretch of warm and sunny weather for the last week and it has been GLORIOUS! I’ve driven the Spyder to work every day this week and I’ve got the farmer’s tan to prove it. It’s bright red just like the picture in the link. This is such a different time of year than the dead of winter. I love this weather MUCH better. How did I wind up in Minnesota anyway?

It’s Friday night and after posting a picture of a Storm Trooper that I saw on the Nicollet Mall today I realized there isn’t much of anything here. Heather booked our trip to Disneyworld today, coming up next spring. Grace will have such a great time! I stopped by Costco on the way home tonight and helped Gramps and Grandma Mary pick out a new TV for their new townhome. I then stopped by their place on the way home and helped get it setup. They already had HD cable which was a surprise, they are watching a great picture right out of the box! Finally I’m home, Friday night pizza and a movie. Going to work on the basement this weekend as the carpenter and painter will be here next week to finish! I need to get the platform for the rear seating in the media room done.
