Saturday night Heather and I went to Treasure Island Casino down by Red Wing with our friends Joe and Karen Vandermark to see the comedian Ron White do a show. Joe and Karen picked us up around 1pm and we drove down to the casino. We gambled a little but I don’t know why they call it gambling when you just know that the casino is going to take your money! From 5pm to 7pm we took a little cruise on the Mississippi River and had dinner aboard the boat. Then at 8pm the comedy show started. There was a very funny comedian on before Ron White named Alex Reymundo. Ron White did all new material even though people in the audience kept yelling “Tater!” in reference to “they call me Tater salad”, part of a bit that he is famous for. When we left the show my lungs hurt from laughing so hard. After the show Joe and I saw him drive through the casino on one of those electric carts that older people ride around on. What a great night, we had a ball.
