I made my first batch of cold brew coffee last night/this morning. I had not tried cold brew coffee until earlier this week, thanks to One on One coffee/bike shop my first experience with it was good. Very little acidity, high caffeine content, and subtle flavoring. I put about a cup and 1/2 of course ground coffee in a jar with enough water to add up to around 32 oz. total. Let it sit overnight and this morning I strained it through a kitchen strainer first, then through a coffee filter to remove the silt. I microwaved water and put about 3 parts water to 1 part coffee. I think that was probably a little too strong. Both Heather and I are getting a lot done this morning!! Very good taste though and no heartburn.
